Shipping & Delivery

We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is Bluedart for Local orders and DHL for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free for all Prepaid orders, and international shipping costs will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimates for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

• We offer free shipping across India for orders greater than Rs. 2000 on COD. We ship all over India where a courier service is available.
• Items will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours and delivery will take up to days depending on the delivery address.

Exchange

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases :

• Packets that have live or dead weevils or where the product has gone bad at the time of delivery.
• Packets that are torn or not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
• Products have expired by the time of delivery.

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.

Cancellation

• An order cancellation request will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us.
• If the cancellation request is accepted, you are entitled to get a refund of the entire amount within 7 working days from the time of processing the refund. the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
• If your order is canceled after it is dispatched, then a return shipping charge and restocking fee of 35% of the product cost will be applicable.
• VJM Foods reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed due to various reasons including but not limited to, the non-availability of stock, pricing errors, informational errors or problems identified with the personal/financial details provided by the customer.

Refund

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vjmfoods.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from the time of processing the refund. the refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.
