The difference between organic products and non-organic foods (conventional) has to do with how they are grown and processed. Often, conventional produce is sprayed with chemicals (fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides). These chemicals tend to leave a residue on (and in) the food we eat. Foods grown organically are Free from these chemicals and safe from this residue. and also prepared in the Old method to preserve the Nutrients.

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return. Wherever possible Delivery Logistics will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through Delivery, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Our Products like Sweets, Pickles, Masalas, and Food are prepared in olden tradition, every ingredient is directly sourced from farms. They are carefully cleaned and used in the stone grinding process by well-experienced rural women for preparing the food.

We at VJM Foods are togetherly aimed to deliver the non-processed and chemical-free products. We won’t store the products( that are perishable). Every batch is freshly made and sent from our rural kitchens. so you will receive them just 2 to 3 days old (depending on delivery location).

Unfortunately, we cannot avoid plastic altogether. Some of the Food items come to us packed in plastic and are safer that way to avoid spillage. But wherever possible, we avoid using plastic. For instance,  In the Future the bag we use to deliver your order is a reusable cloth bag. Fresh produce is bagged in paper bags. Also, we use plastic that is food-grade and can be re-used by you for keeping items in the fridge.

If you are keen to avoid plastic completely, shoot us a message. We will be happy and try to pack your orders in sustainable cloth bags!

Firstly, a major portion of what you pay goes to the farmer, and not to any middlemen. That way, the farmer is careful about growing safe, healthy organic food, because we insist on it … and he gets a better price for it.

We also employ staff to monitor quality, Prepare food, and traceability (we know which product comes from which farm). We believe that it is better to eat right rather than go through health problems later. Don’t you agree?
