Ingredients: For the Mutton: 500g mutton, cut into small pieces 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste For the Gongura Paste: 1 cup gongura (sorrel) leaves 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon oil For the Pickle: 1/2 cup oil (preferably sesame oil) 1 tablespoon mustard seeds 1 tablespoon fenugreek seeds 1 teaspoon asafoetida (hing)
